Welcome to Silverwing Photography's "Gold" web site (the "Site"). Goldwing
Photography is a subdivision of Silverwing Photography (the "Company").
By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
below (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please
do not use this Site. The Company may from time to time modify or
revise the Terms by updating this web page. Your use of our Site following
any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the
Terms as changed. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only
recourse is to terminate your use of the Site.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and not
shared with other persons or companies, except as mandated by legal
action or by your request. Please see the Title 18 section for government regulatory
information.
Copyright
All photographs remain the private property of Silverwing
Photography, though certain licensing options may be provided as part of
your photography session package.
Reproduction of purchased photographs, including web display, is permitted by
contract if done free of charge, photographer credit must be provided.
Photographer Credit
Photographs obtained from the Company, when used in print and promotional
materials, web-sites or other publications should be credited to
"Silverwing Photography" and may include our location "Jamison, PA
(USA)". |
Title 18 Record Keeping
In compliance with
United States code (Title 18 Section 2257), all models
who appear nude, whole or partial, or are depicted in sexually
suggestive poses are proven age 18 or higher at the time of
photographing. Records required to be maintained pursuant
to USC Title 18 Section 2257 are kept by the custodian of
records, Silverwing Photography, PO Box 451, Jamison PA 18929.
Compensation Taxes
Consideration for photo release is subject to IRS Regulations.
If receiving compensation for released photographs, your Social
Security Number may be required along with your government
issued photo ID for proof of contractual age and tax purposes.
This information is kept confidential and maintained on file
indefinitely. You are responsible for properly filing your
income. Compensation greater than $500 within one calendar
year is subject to 1099-based reporting to the IRS.
Contact Maintenance
If you move or change your name AND you have previously provided
a photography release or other long-term or perpetual contract, you are required to notify us of these
changes, along with proof of legal change, in writing
(registered mail is recommended) as soon as possible.
Proof should be a copy of a legal document, such as an updated
drivers license. |
A deposit of 50% of the session fee is required to reserve the date for
your session. Remaining balance is due at the session or can be prepaid.
A $20 cancellation fee applies if canceled less than seven days prior to
the scheduled session,
any remaining deposit balance will be returned by check within one week.
Prices under contract are guaranteed; otherwise prices are subject to
change without notice. Travel fees may apply for distances beyond 25 miles from the
southern tip of Doylestown, Pennsylvania. |
